Job Description

We are currently looking for a Commercial Officer for our Global GE Programs team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day commercial activities of the business together with the Program/Commercial Manager (“PCM”), mainly focusing on GE programs in Trollhättan, Sweden. In this role, you will help the Program Team and the company overall to optimize, improve and win new businesses. You will also interface with internal and external customers regarding contract requirements, schedules, discrepancies, and other contractual matters.

Main Responsibilities;

• Ensure effective commercial change management control, pricing, negotiation, and contracts are in place. Takes responsibility for the commercial performance of the program.
• Ensure that all commercial activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while maximizing value and minimizing risk.
• Demand management activities, such as demand signals, analyzing data, interacting with customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for new bid opportunities and business case modeling.
• Support the interface with the business to highlight contractual obligations to its customers in order to avoid breach of such obligations.
• Coordination of Commercial communication to and from internal and external customers.
• Establishing and controlling robust document management in the Program team and towards/from the customer.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant business experience
• Strong understanding of commercial principles and contract law.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Speaking and writing in English is a natural thing for you.
• Passion for teamwork and the Aerospace industry.
